Parenting time agreement enforcement possible outcome?
My daughters mother is and has been denying me visitation and nightly phone contact. I'm working with my lawyer to go back to court to enforce the court order. I'm wondering what the outcome will be in regards to making up the time I've lost with her. I have currently missed 4 months of weekend visitation and 9 months of no phone calls answered. Everything is well doented. Due to moving to another county in the state I had to file a motion to change countys before the enforcement can be filed. Courts are very very slow and I was just finally granted by the court the ok to move the case to where I live (mom lives in another state). Once all doents are received in the new county I can file. But I'm really curious to know will I get the time made up even in the slightest?? I know she will probably get a slap on the wrist but I just want time with my daughter.
