A IQ question?

I'm taking a master course in computer science and I spent much of my time sitting in front of my pc trying to program software coding, the thing is I can't stop wondering if I need more IQ in doing computer programming, simply because mive endeavor may not mean that I could get the job done correctly or I could get hight marks, I'm smarter than most of my clmates and most of them came to me n asked for coding all the time, even though, I'm considering whether a higher IQ would make my programming life easier, btw, I've done a number of IQ tests online on various websites, most of them suggested that I have IQ of 120, should I be more intelligent in the field I study? What would be a suitable IQ for most programmers?
