Articles of Confederation or Constitution, should we revert to the former?

The Articles of Confederation was too weak of a government. It was a near Anarchy. It didn't allow for any taxation and it didn't allow for the government to raise an army, only to request troops from states. We nearly lost the Revolutionary war because of it. The Constitution is great if you can expose Progressives' chafing at how it limits their utopian agenda and the reality of what would happen to the country if they had there way. Greece is but one example.
