How to remove self adhesive posters from my wooden cupboard door?

First heat them gently with a hair dryer. This will often soften the adhesive enough they'll usually peel right off. If there is any residue, clean it up with Goo-Gone. Let the Goo-Gone dwell for a couple minutes and let it do its job before wiping.
