How do we know that the language in A Clockwork Orange is called Nadsat?

I know that Nadsat means "teen" in Russian, but how do we know that it's the name of the language spoken my teens in A Clockwork Orange? I found a quote from the dust jacket originally on the book, but is the word "nadsat" ever used in the text itself?
