Hi where would th best place to get info on a fossil i have a genuine find and would like some advise?

the fossil is a amphibian with great details including wings? face and body clearly visable the ribs spine etc are that clear you can make out its facial features my personal opinion makes me think of an iguana with its mouth etc there is a webed/claw foot visible and the thing is embedded in a very rough type pebble/rock the texture is sandy and gly? it was found on hornsea beach where i have read there has been some significant findings in the past i am at aloss where to go to get some help on the strange find i would be grateful if someone could put me in the direction of some dedicated proffesionals that will take the fossil in a serious way many kind regards in advance.
