Should Bingo Wings be outlawed?

They're frightening, horrible to look at, and easily eradicated with a few dumbell curls per day. Should the "bingo wing" be outlawed by the authorities?? One option could be to enforce 5Kg TV remote controls for offenders. Your thoughts??
