My rabbits are boring and i want to improve my relation with them?

I have 2 dutch rabbits outside with a big hutch. I don't really get time to play with them everyday, and when i do, they get nippy and run away. Thier hutch is a nightmare to clean, and it seems like i should give them away, but i can't bring myself to do it. What should i do? I was gonna ask for a dragon for my birthday, but my mother said that you can't have both a pet rabbit and dragon, only one. So now i don't no what to do, i really want a bearded dragon too!
