i dont think you will be able to have children, but im not sure. when you take hormones, you will begin to get rid of your manly hair, and there are procedures you can go through to get rid of hair. if you are totally serious about going through the procedure, which i am sure you are, you will be fine. its a lot of money, a lot of time, but im sure to you its worth it. best of luck to you! <3
