I can't sync my iPhone to iTunes, because iTunes seems to think I'm unauthorized?

But here's the twist: when I try to reauthorize my computer, it says I'm already authorized. When I ok that box, it gives me the prompt again telling me I'm unauthorized. I've used two out of five authorizations. My iPhone is Jailbroken, but I've never had an issue with syncing before. It was working fine before to day, and my computer hasn't restarted or anything. I can still play my podcasts, etc. I just can't sync, unless I want all my apps deleted.
